As a member of the African American Performance Coaches Association, you'll have access to an unlimited amount of benefits from insurance to lifetime connections.  Our mission is to connect, educate, promote, and empower leaders in the field of performance training giving you access to tools that will help you succeed.

Scholarship

Scholarship support

AAPCA emphasizes the importance of education and encourages higher learning through an annual scholarship to chosen members of the organization.  Each year, we offer scholarships up to $5,000 for two outstanding applicants who reflect the mission and culture of our organization.

Networking

Networking Opportunitites

AAPCA curates a multitude of networking events throughout the year in order to promote comradery and connection within the most elite of the performance coaching community.  We understand sharing experience, stories, and strategies with one another in a fun and interactive environment.

Conference

Annual Conference

The African American Performance Coaches' Association holds an annual conference open to all who are interested in learning from the most successful coaches in the industry.  Here, we cover everything from financial literacy to training program development to requirements for job opportunities.
